We evaluation your training history, current program, and injury history
We evaluate 3-4 of our Foundation Exercises: Squat, Deadlift, Pull up, Push up, Lunges, etc...based on the athletes sport and goals.
Based on the above evaluations AND the facility / equipment you have access to, we create a monthly custom program
The program is powered by TeamBuildr. Once we have received payment, the athlete is emailed codes that give them access to their custom workouts via TeamBuildr.
